Brett has extensive experience on a wide range of tax and business related issues for private and public businesses. Brett provides services to clients across a range of industries including retail, mining, primary production, transport, wholesaling, health industry and other industries. Experience Cara has 10 years tax and business services experience at RSD Chartered Accountants. Cara works with an extensive group of clients in many industries including agri-business, retail and manufacturing. Cara manages a team of tax professionals and has specialised expertise in corporate income tax and related tax areas of Capital Gains Tax, Goods ad Services Tax and Fringe Benefits Tax. She has also provided advice on succession planning for family owned businesses and in particular the tax implications associated with business succession. Cara is also an accredited facilitator for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and undertakes focus sessions for aspiring Chartered Accountants candidates.

Experience Darren has been involved in superannuation and investments for over 20 years. He has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and a number of Diploma's in superannuation, investments and financial planning. He is a Certified Financial Planner, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a member of the Self Managed Super Fund Professional Association of Australia and is accredited as a SMSF Specialist Adviser. On a personal level he has a young family of three children and is an active member of the local CFA.

Experience David's role is as a Partner of Taxation and Business Services, providing services to a wide variety of clients across all industries including retail, professional services, information technology, manufacturing and the trades. David has 12 years experience providing clients with quality and practical advice regarding their taxation and business development needs.

Experience Role: Founding partner who is responsible for both audit and business service clients. Warren has a particular interest in the finance sector audits and working with family owned businesses to help them grow. Experience: Warren has spent 28 years in the profession, and is a founding partner of RSD which commenced in 1995. Interests: Holds various positions on the boards of the Bendigo International Madison Committee, Bendigo Business Council, Righteous Pups, Kennington Catholic Parish Finance, Sandhurst Diocesan Development Fund and is a life member of the Bendigo Apex Club.
