We understand the importance of a Community Bank® within a community and

Independence
It is important to note that we operate and
provide Community Bank® share registry services as a separate and
distinct service offering from audit services that we provide to
Community Banks across Australia. In short, our audit staff provide
audit services and our share registry staff provide share registry
services. There is no crossover of staff. Our service offerings are
separate and independent. We are able to perform both share registry
and audit services to the same Community Bank.
